1. Digital Products
All products available on our website are digital downloads — including eBooks, templates, guides, and courses. Because digital files are instantly delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order is completed.
After purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital files and/or license rights. Since these files cannot be “returned,” we’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
2. Exceptions
We may issue a refund in the following limited cases:

All PLR (Private Label Rights) products include content rights as stated in the product description or license file. Once the PLR product is delivered, you gain full access and resale rights, and for that reason, refunds cannot be provided after delivery.
