We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Digital Products

All products available on our website are digital downloads — including eBooks, templates, guides, and courses. Because digital files are instantly delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order is completed.

After purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital files and/or license rights. Since these files cannot be “returned,” we’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following limited cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.

  • The file you received is corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within 3 business days.

If your situation fits these exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

4. PLR License Notice

All PLR (Private Label Rights) products include content rights as stated in the product description or license file. Once the PLR product is delivered, you gain full access and resale rights, and for that reason, refunds cannot be provided after delivery.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital, non-returnable items.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports the file formats provided.

  • You have read and agreed to this Refund Policy before checkout.

Notice:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
